During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping delivery estimates:

U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We can only accept returns that are initiated within 14 days of delivery and meet the following conditions:

The item is unused
The item is in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging
The return request includes proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return. Products that are final sale or non-returnable will be clearly marked before purchase, these include but are not limited to Clearance, Personalized, or Custom Products.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
